Water Jet Cutting
We offer in house Water Jet cutting services, from design through to finished product, using predominantly stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel & Timber materials.
Customer supplied data files must be full scale (1:1) preferably in DXF or DWG format.
Component (& assembly) CAD drawings made by NZ Manufacturing, can be provided in printed form, or emailed via PDF [& 3D-PDF]

- Max in Mild Steel = 75.0mm
- Max in Stainless Steel = 50.0mm

Laser Cutting
We offer a laser cutting service, from design through to finished product, using predominantly stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel materials.

CNC Press Brake
Our in-house CNC Press Brake allows computer controlled folding with the advantage of multiple steps, extreme accuracy and the repeatability of a CNC control.
Capacity: 230T x 4.2m long
Our folding service is an integral part in the process which takes our clients ideas from a concept, to CAD drawings, which are then laser cut, folded and welded into a finished product. Repeat runs of parts is as simple as recalling the assigned process programs.
